ORLANDO - The owner of the Orlando amusement complex Hukoo's Family Fun was sued in the Orange County Circuit Court by a man who was injured at the complex.

According to documents filed on March 10, plaintiff Juan Guaris visited Hukoo's in January 2019 and decided to try an attraction offered similar to bungee jumping.

Guaris says he was not provided any instruction or safety rules for the harness that he was to wear for the activity.

As a result, the harness allegedly failed while the plaintiff was jumping. According to the suit, he consequentially suffered serious injury, including hospitalization, disfigurement and disability.

Guaris demands a trial by jury in the case and is represented by Martinez Manglardi PA of Orlando.
