Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has named new office managing shareholders (OMS) in Florida, Michigan and Wisconsin, effective January 1, 2021. Kimberly Doud will take the helm of the Orlando office, succeeding Jeffrey Jones who will continue to lead the Miami office; Gary Ankers will head the Detroit office following William Balke’s retirement; and Jennifer Ciralsky will lead the Madison and Milwaukee offices, succeeding Jonathan Levine who will continue to focus on his active practice.

We look forward to Jeffrey and Jon’s continued efforts on behalf of the firm and wish Bill all the best as he heads into retirement,” said Tom Bender and Jeremy Roth, co-managing directors of Littler, in a joint statement. “Kim, Gary and Jennifer are skilled attorneys and we are confident that their combined leadership will further elevate Littler’s brand and presence throughout their respective regions.”
Kimberly Doud counsels employers on multiple aspects of employment law including discrimination and harassment, whistleblowing and retaliation, policies, procedures and handbooks and more. She also provides employers with preventive counseling on day-to-day employment issues and represents them in litigation disputes concerning state and local discrimination laws. Doud received her J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University School of Law and her B.S. from the University of Florida.
Gary Ankers boasts a depth of experience counseling and representing employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters with a practice highly focused on corporate governance, employment litigation defense, litigation avoidance and policy drafting and review. He has handled employment discrimination lawsuits, wrongful discharge matters and labor-management relations under the National Labor Relations Act and numerous other claims. Ankers received his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and his A.B. from the University of Michigan.
Jennifer Ciralsky advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters arising under federal and state law, including claims based on The Americans with Disabilities Act, The Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII and more. She appears in federal courts defending management in employment litigation and administrative charges, particularly in the area of discrimination. Ciralsky received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, her M.B.A. from Georgetown University and her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.
