Bradley is pleased to announce that Jennifer L. Galloway, counsel in the firm’s Tampa office, has been accepted into the inaugural class of the American Bar Association (ABA) Business Law Section Leadership Academy for 2019-2021.

Ms. Galloway will participate through the Consumer Financial Services Committee of the ABA’s Business Law Section.

“We are thrilled that Jennifer has been selected to participate in the first-ever ABA Business Law Section Leadership Academy,” said Bradley Tampa Office Managing Partner R. Craig Mayfield. “Jennifer is an important member of our banking and financial services team, and our clients will benefit from her experiences and leadership development through the ABA.”

A member of Bradley’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group, Ms. Galloway focuses her practice on helping financial services clients successfully navigate increasingly complex regulatory and business environments. As co-chair of Bradley’s Small Dollar and Unsecured Consumer Lending team, she concentrates on consumer financial services laws and regulations affecting banks, non-depository banks and other financial institutions. She also counsels financial services companies regarding Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) preparedness, implementation and operational strategies for complying with the CFPB's regulations. Her clients include retail and online lenders, service providers, FinTech companies, consumer reporting agencies, and other financial service entities. Ms. Galloway also assists business with all aspects of corporate law.

Representing a broad range of banks, lenders, and financial services institutions across the United States, Bradley’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group provides experienced, proactive guidance on a broad spectrum of legal issues, including regulatory compliance, governmental investigations, risk assessments, audit and exam support, business transactions, litigation, and multi-state settlements.
