CLEARWATER — An individual is suing Kelle Dowling, as personal representative of the estate of John Andrew Radic, citing alleged negligence.
Eris Kanini filed a complaint on Jan. 8 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against Kelle Dowling, as personal representative of the estate of John Andrew Radic, alleging that Radic failed to operate a motor vehicle in a careful and prudent manner.
According to the complaint, Kanini alleges that on July 9, 2017, he was involved in an automobile collision with Radic's vehicle at or near the intersection of Belleair Road and US 19 Service Road in Clearwater. He suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, disfigurement, mental anguish, medical expenses and loss of earnings.
The plaintiff holds Kelle Dowling, as personal representative of the estate of John Andrew Radic, responsible because Radic allegedly carelessly and negligently operated his motor vehicle so as to cause it to collide with the vehicle the plaintiff was operating.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages that exceed $15,000, exclusive of costs and interest and such other relief to which he may be justly entitled. He is represented by Jeffrey K. Chambers of Chambers Law Group PA in St. Petersburg.
