Car accident 30

ORLANDO — A Seminole County couple is suing three separate motorists and an insurance company, alleging the defendants caused injuries and property damage claims, consortium claims and underinsured motorist claims.

Kevin W. Walsh and Pearl M. Walsh filed a complaint Dec. 6  in Orange County Circuit Court against James Wendell Agee, Diana Lyn May, Bryan George Fulwider and Hartford Underwriters Insurance Company, alleging the three individual defendants caused three separate vehicular accidents that injured the plaintiffs.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs were involved in three separate motor vehicle crashes on Jan. 4, 2015, July 1, 2017, and Aug. 19, 2018, which were caused by the defendants and led to the plaintiffs sustaining injuries.

The plaintiffs allege Agee, May and Fulwider carelessly and negligently operated or maintained their vehicles in such a manner that the vehicles were caused to crash into the vehicles being operated by the plaintiff.

The Walshes seek trial by jury, damages in excess of $15,000, exclusive of interest, court costs and all applicable attorney fees. They are represented by attorney Kim Michael Cullen of Cullen & Hemphill PLC in Winter Park.
