CLEARWATER — Two motorists are suing Geico General Insurance Company, Garry Stine and Randy Perillo, automobile insurer, driver and owner, citing alleged breach of contract and negligence.
Zamia Keys and Helen Brown-Keys filed a complaint on Dec. 10 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against the defendants alleging that Perillo negligently permitted Stine to operate his uninsured motor vehicle.
