ORLANDO — An Orange County motorist is suing a vehicle owner and driver, alleging negligence caused a crash that injured the plaintiff.
Elisha Bigby filed a complaint Nov. 19 in Orange County Circuit Court against Cargo Coordinator Incorporated and Angel Hernandez, alleging Hernandez negligently operated the vehicle owned by Cargo, causing it to collide with the plaintiff's automobile.
According to the complaint, on March 29, Bigby was injured in an auto collision when a Cargo vehicle driven by Hernandez crashed into the rear of her vehicle on state Road 429 in Orange County. Bigby says she sustained injuries that resulted in pain and suffering, mental anguish, disability, loss earnings and medical expenses.
The plaintiff alleges Hernandez failed to maintain proper control of his vehicle.
Bigby seeks trial by jury, damages of more than $15,000, exclusive of interest, court costs and attorney fees. She is represented by attorney David B. Moffett of Morgan & Morgan PA in Orlando.
