ORLANDO — A motorist is suing another driver, alleging negligence caused a crash that injured the plaintiff.

Aaron Howard filed a complaint Oct. 26 in Orange County Circuit Court against Linda Osborne, alleging the defendant negligently operated her vehicle, causing it to collide with the plaintiff's vehicle.

According to the complaint, on May 2, Howard was injured in a motor vehicle collision on Forest City Road in Orange County due to the carelessness of the defendant. Howard says he sustained bodily injuries, resulting in pain and suffering, mental anguish, disability, medical expenses and loss of earnings.

The plaintiff alleges Osborne failed to operate her vehicle in a careful and prudent manner.

Howard seeks trial by jury and damages of more than $15,000. He is represented by attorney David R. Heil of Winter Park.
