ORLANDO — An Orlando woman is suing an Atlanta motorist, alleging negligence caused a vehicle crash that injured the plaintiff.

Tanya Hall filed a complaint Sept. 6 in Orange County Circuit Court against Harry Floyd Taylor, alleging the motorist failed to operate a motor vehicle in a safe manner.

According to the complaint, on Feb. 3, 2017, Tanya Hall was driving on Waterford Oaks near the intersection of state Road 434 (Alafaya Trail) in Orlando when her vehicle was struck by Taylor's car.

As a result, Hall says, she sustained bodily injury, mental anguish and loss of the ability to earn money, plus the expense of hospitalization, medical and nursing care and treatment. The plaintiff alleges Taylor negligently operated his motor vehicle so that it collided with Hall's car.

Hall seeks trial by jury and damages that exceed $15,000. She is represented by attorneys Michael Wolny and Scott R. Slanda of Wolny & Slanda PLC in Winter Park.
