CLEARWATER — A vehicle passenger is suing a the driver of a Dodge van, alleging negligent driving.
Tyrell McCluster filed a complaint Aug. 24 in Pinellas County Circuit Court against Patrice Raycheal Mason, alleging the defendant violated Florida law for negligently operating her vehicle.
According to the complaint, on June 22, 2016, McCluster was passenger of vehicle when it was struck by Mason's 2015 Dodge van.
As a result, McCluster said he sustained bodily injury, great physical pain, aggravation of an existing condition and medical-related expenses.
The plaintiff alleges Mason carelessly and negligently operated her Dodge van so as to collide with the vehicle occupied by plaintiff.
McCluster seeks trial by jury, damages that exceed $15,000, plus costs and all other just relief. He is represented by attorney Matthew Carney of Carey Leisure & Neal in Clearwater.
