ORLANDO — An insurance company faces a lawsuit after denying a property damage claim.
policy holders are suing Security First Insurance Company, a licensed insurer, citing alleged breach of insurance contract.
Tyler Kobylinski and Crystal Brooke Kobylinski filed a complaint on Aug. 9 in Orange County Circuit Court against Security First Insurance Company.
According to the complaint, the insurance company refuses to pay a claim for damage against the plaintiffs' home in Winter Park. The plaintiffs allege the insurance company breached a contract with them.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek damages of more than $15,000. They are represented by Andrew M. Bragg of Kanner & Pintaluga PA in Tampa.
