ORLANDO — An injured woman blames a motorist for causing a car crash on State Road 520.
Hana Gacem filed a complaint on Aug. 8 in Orange County Circuit Court against Donna Marie Fechtmuller, alleging that the driver breached her duty to exercise reasonable care operating her motor vehicle.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff attempted to make a left turn in the eastbound lane of State Road 520 when the defendant struck the side of her vehicle. The plaintiff claims Fechtmuller responsible failed to stop her motor vehicle for traffic.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of more than $15,000. She is represented by Sekou M. Clark of Orlando Legal in Orlando.
