ORLANDO — A staffing company, coconut water distributor and an employee face a lawsuit over a car crash.
John DeGregorio filed a complaint on Aug. 8 in Orange County Circuit Court against All Markets Inc. d/b/a Vita Coco Water Inc., Atrium Staffing Inc. and Tiffany Valo.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff was struck by the defendant's vehicle. The defendant was working for Vita and Atrium at the time, the complaint states. The plaintiff claims he suffered bodily injuries resulting in pain and suffering of both body and mind, disability, disfigurement, medical expenses and loss of earnings.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages in excess of $15,000. He is represented by Jon Lambe of Ferderigos & Lambe in Winter Park.
