Car accident 22

ORLANDO — A car accident inside the Orange Lakes Resort prompted a recent lawsuit.

Piedad Munoz filed a complaint on Aug. 8 in Orange County Circuit Court against Walter Howard Miller, alleging that the driver negligently operated his motor vehicle and caused it to crash into plaintiff's car.

According to the complaint, the defendant was driving inside Orange Lakes Resort when he struck the plaintiff's vehicle. The plaintiff suffered bodily injury resulting in disability, physical impairment, disfigurement, mental anguish, inconvenience, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, aggravation of an existing condition, medical expense and loss of earnings. The plaintiff holds Walter Howard Miller responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to take proper evasive actions to avoid a collision.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of more than $15,000. The plaintiff is represented by Manuel “Manny” Stefan of Morgan & Morgan PA in Kissimmee.
