ORLANDO — An Orange County iron business is suing an Inverness construction company, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment in failing to pay nearly $60,000.

International Iron LLC filed a complaint Aug. 1 in Orange County Circuit Cour against CKE Corp. alleging failing to pay purchased rentals due and owing of $59,652.35.

According to the complaint, between January-July 2017, International Iron entered into a valid, binding and enforceable contract wherein CKE purchased rentals that the plaintiff duly performed as conditions precedent and required. However, despite complying with conditions, the suit says, no payment has been made.

The plaintiff alleges CKE has failed and refuses to pay for the purchased rentals despite earlier commitments to pay and demands by the plaintiff.

International Iron seeks trial by jury, judgment of $59,652.35 for the unjust enrichment, plus interest and all costs of action, and all other just just and proper relief. It is represented by attorney Jennifer A. Englert of The Orlando Law Group, PL in Orlando.
