Orlando landlord alleges mattress company owes more than $19,000

ORLANDO — An Orlando landlord is suing a mattress company, alleging breach of a commercial lease agreement.

324 OBT LLC filed a complaint June 26 in Orange County Circuit Court against Central Florida Mattress LLC and Wilbert Pierre, alleging they violated the rental agreement and owe more than $19,000. 

According to the complaint, on Feb. 1, 324 OBT agreed to lease to the defendants the space known as 1311 W. South St., Orlando, for $8,000.00 per month. To date, the suit says, there is unpaid rent of $19,553.59. 

The plaintiff alleges Central Florida Mattress and Pierre have failed to make monthly rental payments since June 1.

324 OBT seeks trial by jury, compensatory and consequential damages of $19,553.59, interest, attorney fees, court costs and all other just and proper relief. It is represented by attorney Tushaar Desai of Desai Law Group PA in Orlando.
