CLEARWATER — A motorist is suing Christine Marie Fisher and All American Transportation Services of Florida Inc., vehicle owner and driver, citing alleged insufficient measures were taken to prevent injuries.
Alexander Avila Martinez filed a complaint on May 16 in the Pinellas Circuit Court against the defendants alleging that defendant All American negligently entrusted its vehicle to a careless driver.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 4, 2017, he suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of earnings, medical expenses and inconvenience due to the carelessness of defendant Fisher. The plaintiff holds Fisher and All American Transportation Services of Florida Inc. responsible because defendant Fisher allegedly negligently and/or recklessly operated the motor vehicle owned by defendant All American by failing to stop her vehicle before colliding with the rear of plaintiff's vehicle.
