FORT LAUDERDALE – A man alleges he was injured in an auto accident in Davie because of another driver's negligence.
Scott P. Alwine filed a complaint on April 30 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Yokaira E. Cruz alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 1, 2017, he was traveling westbound on Griffin Road in Davie when the defendant's vehicle collided with his vehicle. The plaintiff alleges he sustained injuries as a result of the collision.
The plaintiff holds Cruz responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently operated the vehicle.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages, costs, and other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Glen B. Levine and Lawrence A. Levine of Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine PA in Fort Lauderdale.
