ORLANDO — Two Ocoee residents are suing a home construction company, alleging breach of contract.
Quyen Quang Le and Xuan Thi Nguyen filed a complaint Feb. 15 in Orange County Circuit Court against Pulte Home Company LLC, alleging the defendant was careless in constructing a home.
According to the complaint, Le and Nguyen have suffered damages as a result of the carelessness of the defendant in the improper design and construction of their home at 401 Anessa Rose Loop, Ocoee. The suit says this resulted in numerous defects and deficiencies in the various systems and components of the home.
The plaintiffs allege Pulte Home Company failed to comply with all applicable local, state and national building codes and regulations, and reduced the value of the home and/or require significant repairs and renovations to correct such defects and violations.
Le and Nguyen seek trial by jury, damages in excess of $15,000, exclusive of interest, court costs and attorney fees, plus all further relief the court deems just. They are represented by attorney Matthew L. Wilson of Burnett Wilson Reeder in Tampa.
