Woman seeks more than $15,000 from driver, vehicle owner over collision

Car accident 27

CLEARWATER – A woman is seeking more than $15,000 in damages after her vehicle was struck.

Lorena Juarez filed a complaint on Dec. 6 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Carter Scott Lassalle and Bruce Elliot Fox alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sep. 30, 2016, she sustained bodily injury, pain and suffering, inconvenience, disability, loss of earnings and aggravation of an existing disease as a result of the negligent operation of Lassalle of the vehicle owned by Fox, who collided with her vehicle.

The plaintiff holds Lassalle and Fox responsible because the defendants failed to operate the vehicle in a careful and prudent manner.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for an amount of more than $15,000, plus costs, and for such other relief to which plaintiff may be justly entitled. She is represented by Katherine Neal of Carey Leisure & Neal in Clearwater.
