ORLANDO — A motorcycle owner is suing an Orange County woman, alleging breach of contract and fraud.

Darrell Lampkin filed a complaint Nov. 6 in Orange County Circuit Court against Camilla Yvette Nedd, alleging the defendant failed to operate the motorcycle in a reasonably prudent manner.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 15, 2016, Lampkin loaned his motorcycle to Nedd and she accepted her duty of care for the cycle. The suit says Nedd lost control of the motorcycle, resulting in crashing the cycle and causing significant property damages of at least $17,893.75.

Lampkin says Nedd agreed to pay for the cost of repairs but several months have passed and the motorcycle has not been repaired.

The plaintiff alleges Nedd has failed to pay for the necessary repairs despite repeated requests from the motorcycle owner and acknowledging her responsibility to pay the damages.

Lampkin seeks trial by jury, more than $15,000 for damages, costs, attorney fees, and all relief the court deems just and proper. He is represented by attorney Jonathan J. Warrick of Orlando.
