Orlando events center alleges maintenance company breached contract

Contract 02

ORLANDO — An Orlando events rental facility is suing an Orange County maintenance company, alleging breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation and fraudulent misrepresentation.

Heaven Event Center LLC, Kingstone Heaven II LLC and Brett Kingstone filed a complaint Oct. 31 in Orange Circuit Court against Pecan Grove Solutions LLC and Bluworld of Water LLC, alleging they breached their duties of good faith and fair dealing.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs have suffered damages including lost profits, as a result of the negligence of the defendants to successfully perform maintenance upon Heaven Event Center's  water feature, despite the defendants' misrepresentations of their ability to maintain the premises.

The plaintiffs allege the defendants failed to perform adequate maintenance and service of the water feature and breached the contract by supplying a product that was inappropriate for its intended use.

The plaintiffs seek trial by jury, damages of more than $15,000, attorney fees, court costs and all other remedies the court deems just. They are represented by attorney Joshua M. Sachs of Henderson Sachs PA in Orlando.
