ORLANDO — An Orlando woman is suing two neighbors, alleging negligence in the operation of an inflatable water slide.

Selena Radke filed a complaint Oct. 31 in Orange Circuit Court against John C. Reich and Shayna T. Reich, alleging that they failed to provide a safe environment.

According to the complaint, on Nov. 1, 2013, Radk sustained injuries to her head, neck and loss of consciousness as a result of the negligence of the defendants. The suit says the Reiches installed a dangerous inflatable water slide upon their property, 12121 Kirby Smith Road, Orlando, that caused injuries to Radke, who was then a minor.

The plaintiff alleges John C. Reich and Shayna T. Reich failed to maintain their premises in a safe condition, failed to warn visitors of the hazardous condition and failed to take precautions to protect its visitors.

Radke seeks trial by jury, judgment of more than $15,000, exclusive of interest, plus court costs and all further relief the court deems just. She is represented by attorney Walter L. Rogers of The Arnold Law Group PA in Orlando.
