CLEARWATER — A Pinellas County man is suing St. Petersburg homeowners, alleging negligence led to injuries for the plaintiff.

James Bolinder filed a complaint Oct. 26 in Pinellas Circuit Court against Mickey Kramer and Caitlin Sirico, alleging that they failed to use due care to maintain their property in a safe condition.

According to the complaint, on June 24, 2016, Bolinder was hired by the defendants to perform certain work and reconstruction on their property at 800 Snell Isle Blvd. NE, St. Petersburg. However, because of the defendants' negligence, Bolinder suffered bodily injuries, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, inconvenience, medical expenses, loss of earnings, aggravation of a previously existing condition, and permanent loss of an important bodily function.

The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to warn of a known dangerous condition, created an unsafe condition that was inadequate for safe movement and use as scaffolding, and failed to obtain a permit that would have caused proper inspection and prevention of Bolinder's injuries.

Bolinder seeks trial by jury, judgment in excess of $15,000, plus costs and all other just relief.  He is represented by attorney Frank J. Currie of Teresa P. Williams PA in Clearwater.
