ORLANDO — A creditor is suing a Winter Park business, alleging an unpaid debt of $17,500.

Rebecca Kay Brill filed a complaint Oct. 10 in the Orange County Circuit Court against LEGS LLC , doing business as Louise Eisenhower Gallagher Services and Pamela R. Badzinski, alleging that they failed to pay a debt for services.

According to the complaint, Brill sustained monetary damages in the collective amount of $17,500 that the defendants loaned from her but refused to provided payment under the loan agreement.

The plaintiff alleges the defendants obligated her to retain and pay for the services of a legal counsel to represent and protect her interest, and refused to pay the full amount of debt due and owing to Brill.

Brill seeks trial by jury, judgment for the unpaid debt of $17,500, plus interest, attorney fees, court costs and expenses. She is represented by attorney John M. Brennan of GrayRobinson PA in Orlando.
