ORLANDO — An individual is suing ET Nails & Spa LLC for alleged negligence.
Laquanda Evans filed a complaint on July 20 in the Orange County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendant failed to provide a safe environment for its customers.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she was on the defendant's premises as a patron on April 9, 2016 when she sustained a severe injury after slipping and falling on a wet and/or greasy pedicure bath, allegedly causing pain and suffering, impairment, inconvenience, disability, mental anguish and the aggravation of a pre-existing condition.
The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to provide proper maintenance, safety measures, inspection and supervision of the premises, and for allegedly failing to warn her of the risks of injury.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for compensatory damages, costs, interest and other relief to which she is entitled. She is represented by Robert J. Horst of Horst Law Firm in Orlando.
