ORLANDO — A property owner is suing tenants Jon's Dry Cleaner & Laundry Inc. and Jon G. Scholtens for alleged breach of a lease agreement.

Louis L. Huntley Enterprises Inc. filed a complaint on July 19 in the Orange County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendants breached their duty of good faith and fair dealing.
