KB Home Orlando LLC allegedly breached contract

ORLANDO — A property owner is suing KB Home Orlando LLC for alleged breach of contract.

Pablo Cruz Exposito filed a complaint on July 6 in the Orange County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendant breached its duty of good faith and fair dealing.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he has suffered damages from the defects and violations caused by the defendant to his home, which allegedly reduced the value of the his property and required significant repairs and renovations to correct. 

The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to comply with statutes and codes in the performance of its work, and for allegedly causing a substantial reduction in the value of his property.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages, interest, costs and other relief the court deems appropriate. He is represented by Wil H. Florin, Neil P. O'Brien and Luca G. Esposito of Florin Roebig PA in Palm Harbor.
