Nordic Made Inc. allegedly failed to pay $58,000 for services

FORT LAUDERDALE — A company is suing Nordic Made Inc. for alleged breach of contract.

Advanced Bonded and Customs Services Inc. filed a complaint on June 13 in the Broward County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendant breached its duty of good faith and fair dealing.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that at some point between November 2016 and January 2017 the defendant requested services from the plaintiff totaling $58,259.37. While the plaintiff allegedly provided all of the requested services and demanded payment numerous times, the defendant allegedly has refused to pay for the services. 

The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to make payment as required by law.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages in the amount of $58,259.37 plus interest, costs and attorney's fees. The plaintiff is represented by John J. Tomaselli of Tomaselli & Co. in Ft. Lauderdale.
