CLEARWATER — An employee is suing Meadows Group LLC and Yaron David, mobile home park operators, for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Hansel Forte filed a complaint on June 29 in the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County, alleging that the defendants failed to provide him with safe equipment.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he was an invitee on the defendants' premises in Largo to perform repairs on the homes on Oct. 12, 2016 when the ladder he was climbing collapsed, causing him to fall. The plaintiff allegedly suffered disability, disfigurement, reduced capacity to earn money and medical expenses. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly maintaining the ladder in state of disrepair and for failing to warn him of the dangerous condition of the ladder.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks actual and compensatory damages, costs of court and all further relief as is just and proper. He is represented by Paul W. Rebein of Rebein Brothers PA in Tampa, Florida.
