Woman alleges injuries in collision with Carr and Sons Masonry employee

CLEARWATER – A Pinellas County woman alleges she was injured in a collision with an employee of a masonry company.

Buffy Masters filed a complaint on June 1 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against Carr and Sons Masonry Inc. and Terry Deshaw alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 10, 2016, Deshaw, while driving a vehicle owned by Carr and Sons Masonry, collided with her vehicle on 54th Avenue South in St. Petersburg. She alleges she suffered bodily injuries resulting in pain and suffering, mental anguish, disability, loss earnings and medical expenses. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of more than $15,000, plus interest, costs and all issues triable by jury. The plaintiff is represented by Stephen R. Kanzer of Morgan & Morgan Tampa PA in Tampa.
