ORLANDO – A Seminole County man is seeking a partition by sale of an Orlando property.

Jonathan Torres filed a complaint on May 30 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Susan Stuib citing Florida Statutues Section Chapter 64.011.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff and defendant are joint tenants of an Orlando property and that the defendant has been living there exclusively since 2009.

The plaintiff alleges that he has suffered economic damages for being denied by the defendant of use of the property and does not compensate him for defendant's exclusive use of the property.

The plaintiff holds Stuib responsible because the defendant allegedly allowed unknown tenants and occupants to live in the property without consent or knowledge of plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks partition by sale of the present and future interests in the property, equal division of equity, and further relief the court may deem proper. He is represented by Jonathan A. Torres of Jonathan A. Torres LLC in Altamonte Springs.
