Miners Marine Construction Inc. alleged to have failed to complete dock work

ORLANDO – A contractor is alleged to have failed to complete work for dock construction at an Orlando property.

Sumaya Alshobaki filed a complaint on May 24 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Miners Marine Construction Inc. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff contracted with the defendant to provide dock construction services on a real property. However, the defendant allegedly failed to complete construction of the project despite full contract price of $34,550 already paid for by the plaintiff. The plaintiff holds Miners Marine Construction Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to complete construction of the dock and terminal platform.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant for damages, interest in the sum of 18 percent, costs, attorney's fees and other relief as the court deems just. The plaintiff is represented by C. Nick Asma of Asma & Asma PA in Winter Garden.
