Orange County man alleged to owe more than $23,000 on promissory note

ORLANDO – A Virginia individual alleges that an Orange County man failed to pay a promissory note.

Bradford P. Biggers filed a complaint on May 12 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Jarred S. Fischler alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 1, 2004, he received a promissory note in the amount of $70,000 from the defendant for the purchase and sale of various Domino's franchise stores. However, since Oct. 1, 2015, the defendant allegedly failed to pay the installment payments as and when due on the note, to which a principal balance of $23,596.63 remains unpaid and continues to accrues interest at the default rate. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for damages including principal amount of $23,596.53 plus interest, late fees, costs, attorney's fees, and further relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Mark S. Reisinger of Reisinger Law PLLC in Winter Park.
