Broward County individual seeks damages after collision in county

FORT LAUDERDALE – A Broward County resident is alleging injuries after an accident in the county.

Jud Jean filed a complaint on May 11 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Megan and Donald Fallenbaum alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 11, 2016, near the vicinity of Interstate 75 and Sheridan Street, Megan Fallenbaum, operating a vehicle owned by Donald Fallenbaum, collided with the vehicle the plaintiff was in as a passenger. The plaintiff alleges he has suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, impairment, disability, inconvenience, aggravation of a previously existing condition, mental anguish, loss of earnings and incurred medical expenses.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages, costs and other relief as the court deems just. She is represented by Joseph N. Nusbaum of Brotman Nusbaum Ibrahim in Boca Raton.
