ORLANDO – An Orlando resident has filed a suit seeking damages over two separate auto accidents.
Kenley Jean filed a complaint on May 10 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Daniel Senus, Trugreen Limited Partnership and Seminole County School Board alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 19, 2016, she was driving near the intersection of U.S. 17-92 and state Road 527 in Orange County and was struck by Senus, who was operating a vehicle owned by Trugreen. She also alleges that on Nov. 28, 2016, she was driving near the intersection of Orange Avenue and state Road 436 in Altamonte Springs and was struck by a Seminole County School Board bus operated by Rhonda Hawkins. She alleges she sustained injuries in both collisions.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages against defendants, costs, interest and for other relief as may be deemed proper by the court. She is represented by Lance Weber of Dan Newlin & Partners in Orlando.
