Man alleges he was injured in collision with Brownies Septic and Plumbing vehicle

ORLANDO – A Kissimmee motorist alleges he was injured in a collision with a plumbing company's vehicle.

Abel A. Mendez-De Jesus filed a complaint on May 3 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Wilder Sybrun and Brownies Septic and Plumbing LLC alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 9, 2015, he was traveling near the intersection of Orange Avenue and Taft Vineland Road in Orlando when Sybrun, operating a vehicle owned by Brownies, collided with his vehicle. The plaintiff alleges he has suffered injuries, loss of important bodily functions, disfigurement, aggravation of an existing disease, impairment, mental anguish, inconvenience, incurred medical expenses and lost wages.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages against the defendants, costs, interest and other relief as may be deemed proper by the court. He is represented by Karl W. Labertew of Dan Newlin & Partners in Orlando.
