ORLANDO – An Orange County motorist alleges he was injured in a collision with a Florida Connexion Properties employee.
Robert Rossiter filed a complaint on March 24 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Maria Kovalenko, Augusto Sanabria and Florida Connexion Properties alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 29, 2016, he was operating a motor vehicle and stopped on the entrance ramp on Conroy Road, when a vehicle owned by Sanabria and driven by Kovalenko suddenly collided with his vehicle. As a result, plaintiff alleges that suffered bodily injury, disability, physical impairment, disfigurement, mental anguish, aggravation of an existing condition, loss of earnings and incurred medical expenses.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages against defendants, and other such relief deemed proper by the court. He is represented by Varun Ramnarine of Morgan & Morgan PA in Orlando.
