Law money 08

MIAMI – A woman alleges she was only paid a flat weekly rate regardless of the hours she worked.

Kirsten Hedwig Naeter filed a complaint on April 2 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against National Health Solutions Inc. and Andrew T. Shader citing the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she was employed by the defendants as a customer service representative and administrative assistant.

The plaintiff holds National Health Solutions Inc. and Shader responsible because the defendants allegedly refused to pay plaintiff her legally entitled wages and failed to pay plaintiff her full and proper overtime wages of 1.5 times her regular hourly rate.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants, plus costs, attorneys’ fees, and such other remedy as the court deems appropriate. She is represented by Elliot Kozolchyk of Koz Law PA in Fort Lauderdale.
