ORLANDO – A bank employee alleges she was forced to resign because of intolerable working conditions.

Kelly Gonzales filed a complaint on March 28 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division against PNC Bank alleging retaliation and violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act, violation of the Florida Civil Rights and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she was harassed and retaliated against for having exercised her rights under the FMLA to take intermittent leave at different periods of time to deal with her depression and anxiety disorders. The plaintiff holds PNC Bank responsible because the defendant allegedly made plaintiff's working conditions intolerable so as to compel her to resign from her position, and deprived plaintiff of equal employment rights.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant, back pay, front pay, compensatory and punitive damages. She is represented by Kimberly E. Hosley and Jennifer A. Englert of The Orlando Law Group PL in Orlando.
