Above & Beyond Pest-Environmental Services & Termites employees allege they were not paid overtime

MIAMI – Fumigators allege their South Florida employer failed to pay them for all hours that they worked.

Dmario Tezae Lewis, Junis Lewis and Rashad Cornelius Dansby filed a complaint on March 19 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Above & Beyond Pest-Environmental Services & Termites LLC, Gregory S. Lohman, Christina M. O'Kane, Bryan M. O'Kane and Christopher M. Alexander alleging that they violated the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they have been damaged for not receiving overtime compensation for all hours they worked in excess of 40 per week.

The plaintiffs holds Above & Beyond Pest-Environmental Services & Termites LLC, Lohman, Christina M. O'Kane, Bryan M. O'Kane and Alexander responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay them their full and proper overtime compensation of a rate of time-and-one-half of their regular hourly rates of pay for all overtime hours worked.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against defendants, jointly and severally, for all unpaid overtime wages, plus costs and such other remedy as the court deems just and appropriate. They are represented by Elliot Kozolchyk of Koz Law PA in Fort Lauderdale.
