Interactive Response Technologies Inc. employee alleges she is owed unpaid minimum wages

FORT LAUDERDALE – A call center agent alleges her employer did not properly compensate her.

Jessica Trina Charles filed a complaint on Feb. 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Interactive Response Technologies Inc. alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she suffered damages from not being paid minimum wages for her work. The plaintiff holds Interactive Response Technologies Inc. responsible because the defendant also allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff any overtime compensation for working more than 40 hours per week.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. She is represented by Elliot Kozolchyk of Koz Law PA in Fort Lauderdale.
