ORLANDO – An Orlando corporation alleges two fire fluid equipment manufacturers did not pay fees that they agreed upon.
Global Liaison Consulting Inc. filed a complaint on Jan. 25 in 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against SEVO Systems Inc. and Fire Fluid Technologies Inc. alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, on Aug. 8, 2006, the parties entered into an agreement in which the plaintiff would become the exclusive distributor for SEVO in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. During the course of their business relationship, plaintiff allegedly secured a contract for the defendants with Pan Gulf Industrial Systems Co. under the agreement that defendants would pay plaintiff a fee of approximately $600,000 and each defendant would be one-half of 5 percent commission payable to Saudi Factory For Fire Equipment Co. for the efforts to secure the contract.
The plaintiff holds SEVO Systems Inc. and Fire Fluid Technologies Inc. responsible because the defendants allegedly refused to provide plaintiff with any information regarding the project the plaintiff has secured for them, and refused to pay plaintiff the fee that it is owed.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages against defendants, interest and costs of action. It is represented by Darryl M. Bloodworth and Tim W. Sobczak of Dean Mead, Egerton, Bloodworth, Capouano & Bozarth PA in Orlando.
