Consumer claims Euro Motor Sport never delivered vehicle after purchase

Contract 03

FORT LAUDERDALE – A Hawaii resident alleges he purchased a vehicle from a Broward County dealership that was never delivered to him.

Dr. Robert Waterford filed a complaint on Feb. 15 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Fort Lauderdale Division against Euro Motor Sport Inc. alleging breach of contract and conversion.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2016, he purchased a 2006 Back Hummer H1 Alpha from the defendant for $196,000. The plaintiff holds Euro Motor Sport Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to deliver the vehicle and failed to refund the plaintiff the money he paid for the vehicle he purchased.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensatory damages, all legal fees, and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Anna D. Torres of Torres Law Group in West Palm Beach.
