SANFORD – An Orlando man alleges he was injured when pothole in a bank's parking lot caused him to fall.

Eugene Roberson filed a complaint on Feb. 8 in the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit against the Wells Fargo Bank N.A. and CB Richard Ellis Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 5, 2013, he sustained physical injuries when he accidentally stepped into a pothole at the Wells Fargo parking lot in Longwood, which is maintained by CB Richard Ellis, and fell. The plaintiff holds Wells Fargo Bank NA and CB Richard Ellis Inc. responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to warn the plaintiff regarding the pothole located on the premises.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages, interest, costs, and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Logan J. Young of Dan Newlin & Partners in Orlando.
