MIAMI — A former employee is suing employers The Center for Regenerative Medicine Inc., Miami Blues Restaurant Inc., Genorthix.com Inc. and Alimorad Farshchian, alleging violation of wage laws.

John D. Talbot filed a complaint on Feb. 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida Miami Division against the defendants, alleging that they failed to pay fair wages to the plaintiff for his work.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he worked for more than 40 hours per week without being paid any overtime compensation, and that he received no pay for his last two weeks of work. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly violating the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks all wages still owing, liquidated damages, all legal fees, interest, and any other relief as this court deems just. He is represented by Daniel T. Feldof Law Office of Daniel T. Feld, P.A. in Hollywood and Isaac Mamane of Mamane Law LLC in Bay Harbor Islands.
