MIAMI – A Palm Beach County woman is alleged to owe more than $9,000 on a student loan.
United States of America filed a complaint on Dec. 29 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Annie German alleging that the individual failed to settle her debt with the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that German failed to pay the principal amount of her debt plus interest.
The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $4,281.56 plus interest of $4,964.41, attorney's fees of $500, all other legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by Jennifer Margolis Marquez of Newman & Marquez PA in Coral Gables.
