Tessina Holdings Pty. alleges it is owed millions for alleged contract breach

MIAMI – A company claims it is owed more than $2 million for a business agreement.

Tessina Holdings Pty. LTD filed a complaint on Dec. 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against the Trend S.P.A.; Rocksolid Granit USA Inc.; Giuseppe Bisazza, also known as Pino Bisazza; and Andrea Di Giuseppe alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it and the defendants entered into a contract for the purchase and sale of shares for Rocksolid. The plaintiff holds Trend S.P.A.; Rocksolid Granit USA Inc.; Giuseppe Bisazza, also known as Pino Bisazza; and Andrea Di Giuseppe responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to perform their contractual obligation to the plaintiff regarding the sale of shares in Rocksolid USA and have failed to abide by the original payment schedule. The plaintiff alleges it is owed $2,750,984.81.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks order an accounting of Rocksolid USA plus any other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by Francesca Russo, Richard Bec and Robert R. Jimenez of Espinosa Trueba Martinez PL in Miami.
