SAN DIEGO – Teeple Hall LLP, a boutique law firm in San Diego, announced recently that Darryl Mazow has joined their team to help the firm expand its transactional and corporate practice.
A graduate cum laude of University of Miami School of Law, Mazow brings more than 20 years of international and domestic experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt, private equity, recapitalizations and other capital markets transactions. He is also experienced in advising clients on contracts, joint ventures and other general corporate needs.
“Darryl provides clients with business advisory expertise in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, turnaround management, corporate development and strategic planning,” the press release said.
Teeple Hall’s law firm focuses on advising individuals and non-public companies on corporate transactional, litigation, tax and private client matters. The firm meets its clients' current needs while anticipating and planning for future issues by collaborating with other members of the firm, as well as working with third party advisor resources on a myriad of domestic and international topics. Mazow will help expand the firm’s practice.

The press release stated that Mazow has more than 20 years of experience in various international and domestic corporate issues, including a position as director of transaction finance for CapitalSource Business Finance Group, a founder of Medusa Capital Partners, and as head of the corporate acquisitions group for Interwest Capital.

Mazow also is a member of the State Bar of Colorado and Texas and his areas of practice include contracts, private equity, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and turnaround, and family-owned and closely held businesses.
