MIAMI – A California company that specializes in bicycles and accessories alleges counterfeit products are being sold online.
Specialized Bicycle Components Inc. filed a complaint on Nov. 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against in-style1820, sanshang2012, 2101272, et al. alleging trademark infringement.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages to its business. The plaintiff holds in-style1820, sanshang2012, 2101272, et al. responsible because the defendants allegedly sell counterfeit products on eBay, AliExpress and Wish.com.
The plaintiff seeks to enjoin the defendants from further infringing plaintiff's trademarks, pay the plaintiff all profits and damages, all legal fees and interest and any other relief as the court deems just.
